Our Story
A Family Truck, A Salford Classic
Mr Spuds is a small, family-run food truck parked up at Colliers Yard, Greengate Park. Every spud is baked fresh, every filling is made by hand, and every order is served the way we'd feed our own family — generous, hot, and proper.
